Abstract

One-pot syhthesis of 1, 3,4 oxadiazole is described. This protocol significantly involves to synthesize 1, 3, 4 oxadiazole motif through oxidative cyclization with the assistance of Me4NBr and oxone mixture. This one-pot procedure is an efficient method and is able to tolerate wide range of functional groups.
