SYNTHESIS, CHARACTERIZATION AND BIOLOGICAL EVALUATION OF SOME NOVEL PYRAZOLE DERIVATIVES

Abstract

Pyrazole derivatives are found to exhibit various pharmacological activities. On the basis of literature study the main objective of the present work was to synthesize new potent bioactive pyrazole derivatives. We have prepared 14 novel pyrazole derivatives. The newly synthesized compounds were analyzed by IR, 1H-NMR and Mass spectral analysis. The entire series of the synthesized compounds was evaluated for their biological activities.
